Construction Documentation

6 Sets of blueprints are included which contain the following: Floor plans, elevations, sections, foundation, floor framing, roof framing, details and construction notes per design and ALTH material specifications.

Main Floor System

Engineered lumber, 9.5” I-beams, rim joists, blocking where required, ¾" T&G OSB subfloor sheeting and adhesive per design.

Upper Floor System

Engineered open-web 11.25” floor trusses, rim joists, blocking where required, ¾" T&G OSB subfloor sheeting and adhesive, per design. 

Deck System

2x8 PT deck framing, support beam, blocking where required, and no-maintenance, engineered composite decking boards.

Wall System - SIP Construction

Fully Pre-fabricated 6 ½”, R-23 Structural Insulated Panels for 8’ high perimeter walls; top & bottom plates, point-load lumber, spline material, 8”-10” panel screws, panel adhesive, door & window bucks.

Roof System

Engineered I-Beam roof rafter system for all vaulted areas with glulam ridge beam, blocking, 5/8” OSB sheeting, 30# roofing felt and subfascia.  Some designs include CA fill stick framing.

 Manufactured trusses included for some areas, per design or models.

Porch Cover

Manufactured mono-trusses for flat-soffit porch ceiling. Support beam and fascia included.

Exterior Finish Package

8” Shallow belly T&G pine log siding with 2x SPF trim, fascia and bellyband. T1-11 plain plywood soffit finish.

PreservaWood Log Home Stain in color of your choice.

Interior Finish Package

1x8 pine T&G perimeter wall paneling. 1x6 Pine T&G for vaulted ceilings.

Log Accent Package

9”-10” hand-peeled lodgepole pine porch posts & interior point-load feature posts.  Pre-built log guardrail sections with 5”-6” intermediate rail posts for interior & exterior applications. Stair rail materials to match exterior guardrail.  Stair rail materials not pre-assembled.

Window/Door Package

Anderson Tilt-Wash wood Low-E windows with exterior vinyl-clad finish in color of choice.  Anderson Frenchwood Gliding wood patio doors with exterior vinyl-clad finish in color of choice.

Specialty Items

Precut decorative braces and vigas, preshaped corbels.
