Alpenglow Log & Timber Homes has compiled a new series of standard kit homes from a selection of eight popular floor plans. These plans range from 1000 to 2200 square feet not including basements, decks, porches or garages. Prior to this new Kit Home series ALTH has only provided custom home packages that are priced individually and contained very flexible choices of materials and options based upon custom home designs.  

Our Kit Homes are priced using pre-established high-quality and very complete component packages based upon your choice of three styles:

  • Insulated Log Home Style (Alpenglow Panel 'n Log)
  • Cedar Home Style
  • Bungalow Cottage EconoKit Style

Each style consists of a complete package of materials that is constructed with SIP wall (full log option available) and engineered lumber technology for quick dry-in construction timelines and are priced for easy comparison between the different styles.

Blueprints are included and these packages can be shipped to your building site anywhere in the world within a short period of time.  Customization to the plans and component inclusions can be made, but such changes add time and cost.
