| ALTH kit home packages contain many components but do not contain all materials
to construct your home. Please review the list below to fully understand the ALTH kit
home package.
The following are items, materials, or trades not included in the ALTH kit home
package (optional or additional products and services are highlighted in red):
- Engineering or energy calculation fees. Permit fees, inspections.
- Any onsite construction labor or tools. Panel-raising service optional.
- Unloading, staging, storage or protection of materials at the job site.
- Forklift, boom truck or crane.
- Overhead garage doors.
- Doors NOT included in the Window/Door addendum, such as the front door.
- All electric, plumbing, heating and air venting, ducting, supplies fixture or
equipment.
- Gable and eave vents, sheet metal, flashing or gutters.
- Interior wall and stair framing (log stair systems also available).
- Masonry or fireplaces.
- Screening materials for porches.
- Sheet metal, flashing, gutters.
- Cleanup and removal of construction debris, packaging material or unused product.
- Finish hardware and other items such as doorknobs, towel bars, mirrors, shelving, or
clothes rods.
- Interior paint, chinking or wood preservatives, stains or clear finishes.
- Cabinets and countertops.
- Drywall materials and finish such as wallpaper.
- Interior trim, casing, baseboard, window grilles and extension jambs.
- Framing, girder’s, posting material, stairs and guardrail BELOW the first floor framing.
- Concrete work including foundation footing slabs, stem walls or retaining walls.
- Standard fiberglass insulation for fill or conventionally framed areas (unless specified).
- Conventional framing hardware such as post bases or caps, nails, strapping, clips,
hangers, bridging, etc.
- Finish flooring such as wood, carpet, tile, slate, vinyl.
- Interior doors.
- Appliances.
- Hearth products.
